Cancellation policy
To cancel an order that you have placed, please call 503.224.2069 immediately. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. All orders are shipped at 4 p.m. PST the following business day.
Return policy
If you wish to return any product purchased from our online shop, we will gladly refund the price of the goods but we are unable to refund the shipping costs. The refund will be credited to the credit card you used in the initial transaction.
If you receive broken or damaged goods, we will gladly replace the damaged items at no additional shipping cost to you. We ask that you call us immediately upon receiving damaged items at 503.224.2069. You may be asked to send a photograph of the damaged packaging and its contents so that we may take this up with the shipping company.
